“ On a hot day.... For my birthday my husband took myself and our daughter here for a late lunch. Superb service - good giggle with one of the staff, fabulous food and great atmosphere. Would I want to go again - oh hell ya!!!! ”
“ From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the service was fantastic. Bert welcomed us and made us feel like nothing was too much and really made us feel like we were the only diners there. Zac was really polite, friendly and helpful and the chefs were awesome too especially Ayanda who prepared our food We started with garlic bread which was actually delicious. Very filling too! Following that my husband had Amatriciana pizza and I had the veal. The portions were huge and very filling! If I had a complaint at all it would be that the veal was a bit tough but otherwise the food was delicious. Really loved the triple cooked Parsnips! When it came to desert, we were too stuffed to consider it but did take a chocolate brownie home with us which was actually delicious! We loved the decor and how the whole place blends nicely with the local environment. The staff were all professional, friendly and super helpful. Just bear in mind it is predominantly a pizza and pasta restaurant and it is all prepared on site which is awesome. In my book We'll certainly be back to try more of the menu items. Go on an empty stomach, you get fed well! ”
“ One of the best restraunts around Newbury serving one of the iconic truffle infused Camembert and they have truffle almost on everything as extra. A very cozy place with staff that are so friendly and welcoming.l had a very good selection of the seasonal cocktails credits to the bartender not forgetting the chefs in the kitchen behind the delicacies they serve. As for me l give the restaurant a 15 out of 10 provided the places we have in Newbury. ”

The pizzas are incredible and cooked on a beautiful pizza oven sat in the centre of the kitchen. If you visit in the summer months, take the opportunity to sit outside as well to make the most of the views! ”
